Reflection

First and foremost Consumer behavior is really helpful as a Marketing Student it is the guide on how to deal people or socialize people around us .It is a way on how to make a decision making since someday we are in the marketing industry so we could easily manipulate or manage the business by using this technique. But I wonder myself that I was enrolled in this subject Consumer Behavior because it’s really helpful to me as a part-time student that working on the department store I think this subject gives me a lot more knowledgeable skills on how to deal with the customers and socialize people around us. But at this time it’s not easy to understand and analyse this subject because we’ve now facing the pandemic situation so we could not face to face to the instructor to study. But for me I’m trying my best to pass this subject even they are using the modular situation because I know someday this subject gain a lot of information on how to manage the business.

In addition consumer behavior talks about the study of how people make decisions about what they buy, want, need, or act in regards to a product, service, or company. It is critical to understand consumer behavior to know how potential customers will respond to a new product or service. It also helps companies identify opportunities that are not currently met. Study of consumer buying behavior is most important for marketers as they can understand the expectation of the consumers. It helps to understand what makes a consumer to buy a product. It is important to assess the kind of products liked by consumers so that they can release it to the market. Marketers can understand the likes and dislikes of consumers and design base their marketing efforts based on the findings. My reflection is developing my skills and knowledge on how to apply the consumer behavior in daily lives, on how important it is to motivates me in the future by applying the different methods and also adopt the environment in any kinds of tradition we have. So this time , I think I could have gain more learning. And I always believe study is the best way to success .
